Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. We also require a proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on pierced earrings, bodysuits, or any accessories classified as ‘Adult Toys’. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. A shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange any eligible item for a different size or colour, subject to availability. The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
To start an exchange, please follow the return process outlined below. In the notes section, please specify that you would like an exchange and your desired new size or colour.
We recommend that exchanges are processed as a return and a new order is placed to ensure you secure the desired item promptly, as stock availability can change quickly.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process. You will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without first requesting a return through the portal will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly replace the item or offer a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges. Please provide your order number and details of the fault.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
